Apple is preparing to expand Car Keys in Apple Wallet support to GWM's Haval brand, following recent backend references for the automaker's Tank vehicles. As spotted by Aaron Perris on X, similar backend code changes now indicate Haval vehicles will soon join the feature.

Car Keys allows users to lock, unlock, and start compatible vehicles using an iPhone or Apple Watch. While Haval already offers CarPlay in several models, none currently support Apple's separate Car Keys functionality.

When launched, compatible Haval vehicles will join more than 50 models already supporting Car Keys, including vehicles from BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Hyundai, Kia, Genesis, Toyota, and Rivian.
