Users can further personalize guidance by adding booking class, seat information, or passport details, which can unlock tailored instructions like e-gate eligibility, dynamically displaying only applicable steps based on citizenship.

This update also brings an "industry-first" Gate Predictions feature, using historical data to forecast arrival and departure gates, gate range, or concourse.
