Microsoft's latest Edge Canary build introduces new flags for Apple Account sign-in support, spotted by user Leopeva64. Two flags enable the feature: one adds an Apple sign-in button to the profile menu, while the other allows Apple sign-in for Edge profiles on Mac and Windows.

The Apple Sign-In Button flag requires the Sign in with Apple option to function. Microsoft's Edge Beta version 152 release notes already mention Apple Account sign-in availability, though it's a controlled rollout that may not reach all users yet.

Once live, Apple users can sign into Edge profiles using their existing Apple Account instead of creating a Microsoft Account. The feature mirrors Google Account sign-in integration previously added to Edge.

The controlled rollout suggests Microsoft is testing the feature before wider deployment.
