ChatGPT and Codex Now Support Multiple Google Accounts

OpenAI has announced that ChatGPT and Codex now support multiple Google accounts for Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Contacts plugins. Previously, users could only connect one Google account per plugin, which was inconvenient for those managing separate personal and work accounts.

To add another account, users can go to the Plugins section in the sidebar, find the desired Google plugin, and click the gear icon. From there, they can add a second or third account and complete the standard Google authorization process.

This update allows users to have separate ChatGPT conversations for personal and professional tasks, each accessing the relevant Google data. It also enables the AI to pull information from multiple connected accounts when needed, providing more comprehensive and context-aware responses.

The feature is subject to app permissions and workspace controls, so availability may vary depending on the user's plan and organization settings. This enhancement is part of OpenAI's ongoing efforts to improve plugin functionality and user flexibility.
