Apple TV subscribers have plenty to look forward to in May, with the streaming service rolling out new series, films, and live sports. The highlight is the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix on May 3, giving US viewers their first taste of F1 action this season at no extra cost. Apple includes full race coverage plus bonus content with all subscriptions.

May 8 brings "Unconditional," a thriller about a mother-daughter vacation that turns nightmarish when 25-year-old Gali is arrested for drug smuggling in Moscow. Later in the month, "Maximum Pleasure Guaranteed" (May 20) stars a newly divorced mom who stumbles into a dangerous conspiracy while navigating custody battles and what she believes is a witnessed crime.

John Travolta makes his directorial debut with "Propeller One-Way Night Coach" on May 29, an adventure film following a young aviation enthusiast's cross-country journey to Hollywood. That same date features "Star City," a sci-fi series exploring the Soviet space program from behind the Iron Curtain, expanding on the alternate history established in "For All Mankind." Existing shows including "Your Friends & Neighbors" and "Criminal Record" continue airing through June. Apple TV costs $12.99 per month or comes discounted through the Apple One bundle.
