Apple Creator Studio needs these three improvements

Apple recently launched its Creator Studio subscription for creative professionals, bundling updated versions of pro apps like Final Cut Pro and Logic Pro. While the package offers value, the author identifies three logical upgrades Apple could implement to make it more compelling for existing users and newcomers alike.

A major omission is Photomator, Apple's photo editing app from its Pixelmator acquisition. Given Adobe's Lightroom is a cornerstone of Creative Cloud, adding a revamped Photomator would make Apple's rival bundle more competitive. This gap likely indicates development is still underway, possibly for a future WWDC reveal.

Another suggestion is offering discounts or extended trials for users who already own these pro apps. Currently, there's little incentive for them to subscribe for minor feature enhancements. Finally, bundling iCloud storage tiers—similar to Adobe's cloud plans—could attract creatives needing more local storage and drive higher subscription uptake.
