Rocket Lab (NASDAQ:RKLB) reported Q4 CY2025 revenue of $179.7 million, exceeding analyst estimates by 1.4% and marking 35.7% year-over-year growth. The aerospace company's GAAP loss of $0.09 per share matched expectations, while adjusted EBITDA reached $17.37 million, representing a 25.1% improvement from the prior year.

Despite the strong quarterly performance, Rocket Lab's forward guidance disappointed investors. The company projects Q1 CY2026 revenue of $192.5 million, falling 3.3% below Wall Street estimates, with EBITDA guidance of negative $24 million also trailing expectations. CEO Sir Peter Beck highlighted 2025 as a record year, citing $602 million in annual revenue, 38% growth, and a record backlog of $1.85 billion.

Rocket Lab's operational achievements included 21 successful launches with 100% success rate and securing its largest contract to date - an $816 million deal with the Space Development Agency for satellite manufacturing. The company also completed NASA's ESCAPADE Mars mission, demonstrating capabilities for rapid, cost-effective interplanetary missions. While quarterly results beat expectations, the conservative guidance triggered a 1.5% share price decline to $71.65 in after-hours trading.
