The system, built on Deloitte's Zora AI and HPE's Private Cloud AI infrastructure, has cut financial reporting cycle time by 40% and processing costs by at least 25%.

Previously, the Monday Operational Performance Review consumed hundreds of hours of manual preparation across business units. CFO Marie Myers and her team centralized this workflow within a single FP&A organization, creating a clean foundation for AI implementation. The platform combines generative AI for data consolidation with specialized agents that automate tasks like shipment data reconciliation and revenue calculations.

Beyond technology, HPE is reskilling its 3,000-person finance team to build their own AI agents.
