Ukrainian drone pilot Cosmos discovered a hidden Russian logistics hub filled with civilian cars and horses instead of military assets. Using a fiber-optic drone, he located the warehouse near the Donbas front line, where shattered metal sheets created an entry point. The Wild Division unit, part of the 82nd Air Assault Brigade, suspected the site stored ordnance but found four Niva off-road vehicles, two motorcycles, and two horses. Cosmos expressed surprise, noting, "We were expecting armored vehicles," highlighting Russia's unconventional tactics.

The arsenal's contents reflect Moscow's resource constraints. Niva vehicles, costing around $2,000 each, contrast with Ukraine's Hummers priced at $20,000. Commander Fizruk explained that Russia treats these as expendable, prioritizing quantity over quality. This aligns with their attritional strategy, which has led to 25,000 monthly casualties per NATO estimates.
