The Tulare City School District has unveiled its new Outdoor Education Complex, a $10.5 million project. The facility, spanning 26 acres, features eight soccer fields equipped with lighting for night games. The complex includes a parking lot, restrooms, and a concession stand.

This investment aims to provide students and the community with a space for sports and events.
