Texas Roadhouse is poised for significant changes in 2026, including expansion and new menu offerings. The popular steakhouse, which surpassed Olive Garden as America's top casual dining chain in 2024, plans to open roughly 20 new locations. The company also anticipates introducing new drink menus tailored to specific regions, adding to its existing selection of margaritas and signature beverages.

Beyond restaurant growth, Texas Roadhouse continues to invest in customer service technology. The company intends to implement its digital kitchen system, which streamlines order processing, across all locations. This technology was available in 65% of locations as of May 2025. Customers can also expect wider adoption of at-the-table digital kiosks for faster payment. These upgrades are designed to enhance efficiency and improve the dining experience.

Further expanding its brand presence, Texas Roadhouse is collaborating with The Marzetti Company to introduce new grocery store products. The existing frozen mini rolls, which generated $20 million in sales during the second quarter of 2025, will likely be joined by other Texas Roadhouse-branded items. Marzetti is also the brand behind Texas Roadhouse's bottled steak sauces, hinting at potential new retail offerings.
