A SoFi Stadium employee was terminated after video surfaced showing her threatening to call Immigration and Customs Enforcement on Latino concertgoers following a Los Bukis performance. The Feb. 20 incident, captured on cellphone video, shows the worker making the threat during a dispute with attendees at the Inglewood venue.

The video, which KTLA obtained, shows a supervisor attempting to de-escalate the situation before the female worker interjects, saying she'll call ICE before walking away. Witnesses immediately confronted her and informed venue management about the comment. A Hollywood Park spokesperson confirmed the worker was employed by a third-party service provider and is no longer working at the venue.

SoFi Stadium's parent company stated they "do not tolerate this type of behavior" in their response to the incident. The termination follows growing scrutiny of workplace conduct at major entertainment venues, particularly regarding interactions with diverse audiences. The incident has sparked discussions about training and accountability for venue staff working large events.
