A Florida man is suing Porsche Cars North America for allegedly selling him a used 2022 911 GT3 as new, with the lawsuit claiming the $281,940 sports car was previously used to train technicians. Abdul Azizi purchased the vehicle from Porsche Warrington in Pennsylvania, believing it had only been used for display purposes. The lawsuit alleges the car actually came from the Porsche Technology Apprenticeship Program, where it was repeatedly disassembled and reassembled.

Azizi's complaint states that when he took delivery, the car showed just 34 miles on the odometer. However, he soon discovered serious electrical problems and signs of prior work, including incorrectly replaced undercarriage components. The vehicle reportedly spent most of 2025 out of service. The case has escalated beyond typical used car disputes due to the vehicle's high value and the alleged deception by both Porsche and the dealership.

Porsche's legal troubles deepen with the revelation that the original window sticker, found in the glovebox, was marked "PCNA CAR NOT FOR SALE" - contradicting claims made to Azizi. His attorney, Jacob Abrams, accuses Porsche of improperly allocating training vehicles for consumer sale while conspiring with the dealership to conceal the car's history. The case highlights potential quality control issues when vehicles undergo extensive training use before resale.
