A federal judge has ordered Aimee Bock to forfeit approximately $5.2 million in assets, including a luxury Porsche Panamera, following her conviction in Minnesota's largest pandemic-era welfare fraud case. The forfeiture marks the latest development in the sprawling Feeding Our Future prosecution, which federal officials say siphoned hundreds of millions of dollars meant to feed low-income children.

The fraud scheme exploded during COVID-19 when emergency rule changes reduced oversight requirements for child nutrition reimbursements. Prosecutors allege Feeding Our Future falsely claimed to have served 91 million meals — vastly exceeding the nonprofit's actual operational capacity. Court records show approximately $250 million in federal funds flowed through the scheme, with potential losses possibly reaching $400 million.

Authorities say large portions of the funds were diverted into shell companies and used for personal enrichment, including luxury purchases and overseas investments in Kenya and the Maldives. With 78 defendants charged and 57 convictions secured, the case has become one of Minnesota's largest welfare fraud prosecutions in history. Despite the scale, law enforcement estimates only about $75 million has been recovered so far.
