An Iranian military helicopter crashed into a fruit and vegetable market in Dorcheh, killing at least four people. The incident occurred Tuesday in Isfahan province, approximately 330 kilometers south of Tehran. State television reported the helicopter was on a training flight when it went down, killing both the pilot and co-pilot.

Video footage showed debris scattered across the market and smoke rising from the crash site. Two additional fatalities occurred on the ground, according to Iran's semiofficial Fars news agency. The crash follows another military aircraft incident last week when an F-4 fighter jet crashed near Hamedan, resulting in one pilot death.

Iran has experienced numerous fatal aviation accidents in recent years. Western sanctions have severely limited access to aircraft parts, forcing the country to rely on aging helicopters and airplanes for both military and commercial operations. The Isfahan region hosts a major Iranian air base and was the site of a U.S. strike during the Iran-Israel conflict in June. These repeated incidents highlight the ongoing challenges facing Iran's aviation sector amid international restrictions.
