Former Katy ISD paraprofessional Hailey Hedspeth stands accused of sexually assaulting two boys she was supposed to care for, according to Harris County court documents. The charges, filed in 2023, allege a pattern of abuse spanning years between 2017 and 2023 when the victims were 11 and 13 years old. Hedspeth faces multiple felony counts, including sexual assault and continuous sexual abuse of a child. The investigation began after one victim reported the abuse to his mother in 2023, though his father reportedly opposed pressing charges at the time. Documents detail allegations ranging from inappropriate touching to intercourse, with investigators also suggesting Hedspeth may have transmitted an STD to one boy.

Both victims suffered significant emotional trauma, including one dropping out of high school. Hedspeth has denied the allegations, claiming they stemmed from her relationship with the victim's father. Her next court appearance is scheduled for March 11th.
