A legal battle has erupted between 7 Brew founder Ron Crume and his former business partner Lee Loveall over alleged financial misconduct at their shared modular construction company. Crume's Club 37, which owns a 50 percent stake in Creative Modular Construction, has filed suit against Loveall and his wife Leanna, claiming they misappropriated over $2 million in company funds.

According to court documents, the Lovealls allegedly used company money for personal expenses including purchasing a truck for their son and funding family trips. The suit alleges Leanna Loveall manipulated financial records to conceal the losses. The conflict began in September 2025 when the CMC board removed Leanna as a bank account signatory, followed by Club 37 severing ties with the Lovealls in January 2026 and taking operational control of the company.

The lawsuit seeks multiple remedies including expelling Lee Loveall from his position, selling his membership interest, and recovering attorney fees. A temporary restraining order has already been granted, giving Club 37 access to financial documents. The Lovealls' attorneys have denied all allegations and anticipate addressing them in court.
