Dillon Davis and Nichols Neff were tired of "corporate slop"—the bowl-centric meals that dominated their sad office lunches in New York City. After a year of this routine, they decided to break out of their culinary rut by attempting to taste the cuisines of every country in the world at local restaurants.

What started as a personal project quickly evolved into something more.
