Northrop Grumman has raised its 2026 sales guidance to $43.75 billion through $44.25 billion, up from the prior range of $43.5 billion to $44 billion. The aerospace and defense firm cited steady global demand as the driver behind this upward revision.

The company also lifted its adjusted earnings forecast to $28.60 to $29.10 per share, compared with the previous $27.40 to $27.90 range. Chief Executive Kathy Warden highlighted a record‑breaking backlog, noting that the surge reflects robust worldwide orders.

In the second quarter, Northrop Grumman reported a profit of $1.09 billion, or $7.68 per share, versus $1.17 billion, or $8.15 per share, a year earlier. Analysts polled by Fact Set had expected only $6.82 per share, underscoring the company's stronger-than‑anticipated performance.
