Live Nation, the parent company of Ticketmaster, reported a 9% increase in second-quarter revenue, surpassing Wall Street expectations. This growth was primarily driven by an 8% rise in concert sales, which constitute the majority of the company's revenue.

The company achieved record second-quarter concert attendance, with 49 million fans attending events. International attendance saw a significant surge of over 20% across stadiums, arenas, and festivals. While U.S. attendance at amphitheaters and arenas also increased by double digits, stadium attendance experienced a decline, attributed by the company to the timing of shows.

Live Nation CEO Michael Rapino highlighted the robust demand for live music, stating, "More artists are on the road than ever — and fans keep choosing to be in the room with them, driving the strongest concert ticket sales we’ve ever seen."
