The 28-foot-tall red-and-gray walls that dominate the facility hide autonomous systems ferrying products to replenish CVS stores across the Northeast and mid-Atlantic.

Traditional warehouse elements are absent here—no workers picking goods off shelves, no towering racks of brown cardboard boxes. Instead, robots move throughout the facility, transporting products behind the walls and passing them to conveyor systems for distribution. The operation represents a significant shift in retail logistics.

This automation positions CVS ahead of competitors in reducing labor costs while speeding inventory replenishment to stores.
