ADP Forecasts Continued Growth

Automatic Data Processing (ADP) anticipates sustained revenue and earnings growth into fiscal 2027, following a strong performance in its most recent quarter. The company, a leader in payroll and workplace administration, projects revenue to increase by 5% to 6% in the upcoming year, translating to approximately $23 billion to $23.2 billion. This forecast aligns closely with analyst expectations.

ADP also expects adjusted earnings per share to see a significant rise of 9% to 11%, projecting a range of $12.12 to $12.34. This outlook surpasses the consensus analyst forecast of $12.20 per share.

In its fiscal 2026 fourth quarter, which concluded on June 30, ADP reported a profit of $978.6 million, or $2.45 per share. This marks an increase from the $910.6 million, or $2.23 per share, recorded in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Growth was observed in both its employer services and human resources outsourcing divisions.
