Oil hovered near $95 a barrel as escalating Middle East conflict pressured global markets. Brent crude extended gains after U.S.-Iran strikes, with President Trump stating he "couldn’t care less" if Tehran reopens the Strait of Hormuz. Treasury yields surged, with 10-year notes hitting 4.805% and 30-year yields reaching 5.279%.

Investors priced in a 69% probability of a Federal Reserve rate hike this month. Eurozone bonds sold off, with German 10-year Bund yields hitting their highest since 2011. The volatility coincided with the G-20 summit in North Carolina.

Japanese government bonds remained in focus ahead of an expected rate hike. U.S. stock futures were mixed, with Nasdaq falling 0.2%. Dell Technologies jumped over 10% after lifting revenue targets by $25 billion. Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix lost over 4% in Asia.

The dollar edged higher while gold fell to $4,372.40. Bitcoin climbed 0.1% to $77,491.83. Investors await the August ADP report and Federal Reserve’s Beige Book.
