President Donald Trump held separate meetings with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Washington.

Zelensky sought US assistance for air defenses, specifically expressing hope for Patriot interceptor missiles and discussing a license for Ukraine to produce them. While no formal commitment was announced, Zelensky noted discussions on "several ideas that could help" and the importance of "diplomacy." He also met with Lockheed Martin representatives regarding cooperation on Patriot systems and potential co-production.

Netanyahu's meeting with Trump focused on Iran. Despite recent tensions in their relationship, Netanyahu reported an "understanding of a shared goal, to ensure that Iran does not have nuclear weapons, and other goals as well." He described it as "one of the best conversations I have had with the president of the United States."
