Clavicular, the *looksmaxxing* influencer whose real name is *Braden Eric Peters*, has been charged with a misdemeanor for unlawfully discharging a firearm in public in the Florida Everglades. The incident occurred during a livestream from an airboat near Miami, where he fired 12 shots at an alligator. Peters, a leader of the *looksmaxxing* subculture focused on extreme appearance enhancement and livestreaming, is scheduled to appear in Miami-Dade County Court on May 20. He was not charged with harming the alligator, which may have already been dead.

Peters, who has over 300,000 followers on streaming platform Kick, has a history of livestreaming criminal activities. In February 2026, he was briefly jailed on an arrest warrant for instigating a violent attack on a woman while streaming. His defense claims he followed a licensed airboat guide’s instructions during the alligator incident. Authorities also charged two other *looksmaxxing* personalities, Andrew Morales (22, *Cuban Tarzan*) and Yabdiel Annibal Cotto Torres (26, *Baby Alien*), for illegally firing weapons during the same airboat trip in the Everglades.

The alligator shooting video, uploaded on March 26, 2026, sparked backlash from local community leaders and prompted an investigation by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. This is not the first time Peters has been charged with crimes streamed for followers; he was also hospitalized after overdosing while livestreaming. The incident underscores the risks associated with the *looksmaxxing* subculture, where young men often livestream risky stunts to retain audience engagement.

Clavicular’s latest charges highlight the legal consequences of livestreaming dangerous behavior, particularly in protected natural areas like the Everglades. The case raises questions about accountability for influencers who perform criminal acts for their online audiences.
