A Jewish school in Amsterdam suffered an overnight blast that damaged its outer wall, marking the second antisemitic attack in the Netherlands within 48 hours. Mayor Femke Halsema called it a "targeted attack against the Jewish community" as police hunt for the suspect caught on camera.

Earlier Friday, four teenagers aged 17-19 were arrested after an explosion at a Rotterdam synagogue. No injuries were reported in either incident, but authorities immediately increased security at Jewish institutions. Prime Minister Rob Jetten condemned the attacks, stating "there must be no place for antisemitism" in the Netherlands.

The incidents follow a pattern of rising antisemitic incidents globally, including a truck ramming into a synagogue outside Detroit. Dutch officials cited growing tensions amid the U.S.-Israeli conflict with Iran and Israel's military actions in Lebanon as potential catalysts for the violence.
