Viridien projects 2025 revenue above $1.15 billion, with Geoscience sales expected to exceed $440 million and Earth Data surpassing $400 million. The Paris‑based firm also forecasts cash flow generation of more than $130 million, leaving net cash flow over $100 million after repaying a $28 million asset‑backed facility and $97 million in bonds. Net debt is projected near $750 million at year‑end, excluding IFRS 16 effects.

CEO Sophie Zurquiyah said the year marked progress in the company’s asset‑light strategy, noting growth across Data, Digital and Energy Transition segments while concluding the restructuring of Sensing and Monitoring. She highlighted active cash and balance‑sheet management, allocating surplus cash to debt repayment. Viridien’s upward guidance has lifted its shares more than 6 % in early trading, reflecting investor confidence in the firm’s ability to scale its Earth‑data platform amid growing demand for climate‑related analytics.

Analysts will watch how the company translates this momentum into sustained profitability and whether it can maintain its debt‑reduction pace in a tightening credit environment.
