Infosys raised its full-year revenue outlook after third-quarter results beat expectations. The IT services giant posted $5.1 billion in revenue, up 0.6% sequentially in constant currency, with operating margins at 21.2%. Large deal signings surged 92% year-over-year, totaling $4.8 billion, as broad-based growth and improving demand signals boosted confidence.

CEO Salil Parekh credited the company's enterprise AI work for driving higher market share, positioning Infosys as a preferred AI partner. Analysts called the quarter an "all-round beat," with Europe revenue growing 3.6% quarter-on-quarter and financial services and life sciences showing particular strength. Jefferies and Bank of America both noted the guidance revision reflects a strong organic recovery.

JPMorgan analysts said the revised forecast implies the strongest quarterly exit since 2022, reinforcing improving momentum. Infosys maintained its FY26 operating margin guidance of 20%-22% and added over 5,000 employees, signaling confidence in its deal pipeline. The question now is whether this marks a sustainable turnaround for the Indian outsourcer as global tech spending recovers.
