GXO Logistics CEO Patrick Kelleher is pushing for aggressive growth in 2026, targeting mid-teens organic revenue expansion after achieving 3.9% growth in 2025. The company, a global contract logistics leader, posted record revenues and over $1 billion in new business wins for the third consecutive year. Kelleher emphasized that while 4-5% organic growth guidance is solid, it's just the beginning of a broader transformation strategy.

Central to GXO's growth plan is leveraging artificial intelligence across operations. The company has developed GXO IQ, a proprietary AI-powered warehouse operating system already deployed at major facilities, which optimizes labor planning and inventory management. Kelleher is also investing in "Physical AI" including humanoid robots, calling them a potential game-changer for logistics. The company is simultaneously integrating third-party AI solutions to maintain its technological edge.

GXO is expanding its defense and government business through a newly formed Defense Advisory Board featuring military and business leaders. The strategy has already yielded contracts with Boeing and BAE Systems. While Kelleher confirmed the company will pursue M&A opportunities, particularly in North America in 2026, he firmly rejected speculation about selling the company, stating "I don't want to sell" and noting the board shares his position.
