Gamma Communications announced that its financial performance for the year ended December 31, 2025, met market expectations. The European business communications provider anticipates Adjusted EBITDA between £140.0 million and £143.0 million, with Adjusted EPS projected at 93.6p to 95.4p. These figures represent material year-on-year growth, bolstered by strong contributions from recent German acquisitions.

The company's balance sheet shifted following the £152.2 million acquisition of STARFACE in February 2025. Gamma closed the year with net debt of £9.4 million, compared to net cash of £153.7 million in 2024. Despite this leverage increase, management plans a significant capital return.

A new share buyback program of up to £42.5 million is slated for FY 2026, with an identical amount planned for FY 2027. Dividend per share will also hold steady at FY 2025 levels. CEO Andrew Belshaw noted the company delivered strong growth in Germany, overcoming a challenging UK macroeconomic backdrop.

Gamma retains strong liquidity, with £97 million undrawn on its £130 million revolving credit facility.
