Endava shares surged 5.5% after the UK-based technology transformation firm reported Q2 results that beat analyst expectations despite a 5.9% year-over-year revenue decline. The company posted £184.1 million in revenue for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, exceeding forecasts of £179.52 million. Adjusted EPS of £0.16 slightly topped the consensus estimate of £0.15, though down from £0.30 in the same period last year.

The stock jump followed sequential revenue growth of 3.3% quarter-over-quarter, with investors responding positively to the company's strategic pivot toward artificial intelligence initiatives. CEO John Cotterell emphasized the company's heavy investment in AI to establish Endava as an AI leader, stating they're building operational agility for sustainable growth.
