Alpha Modus and SurgePays have signed a Letter of Intent for a commercial integration and distribution partnership. The deal targets subprime and underserved consumers across the U.S., aiming to expand financial access through SurgePays' retail network of over 8,000 independent merchants.

The collaboration centers on integrating Alpha Modus's upcoming digital wallet, Alpha Cash, into SurgePays' ecosystem. This would enable cash checking, transfers, and bill payments for financially underserved customers. The companies plan to leverage SurgePays' ClearLine POS technology and Top-Up platforms to create new revenue channels.

Both firms are now working toward definitive agreements covering pricing, technical integration, and a pilot deployment. The partnership signals a strategic push to capture a larger share of the fintech market for non-banked consumers, a segment with significant growth potential but high competition.
