GB News received £17.7mn from its parent company All Perspectives Ltd in 2025, bringing total debt owed to backers to £141mn, while posting a narrower annual loss of £22mn against £32.7mn the prior year. Revenue rose to £26.2mn from £16.5mn, driven by increased advertising to £14.3mn from £9.6mn. The broadcaster, backed by hedge fund boss Sir Paul Marshall and Dubai's Legatum, launched in 2021 and has faced controversy over impartiality rulings while shaking UK news conventions.

All Perspectives accounts show the parent company took on £29mn in convertible loan notes last year, up from £10mn, to support operations. These notes converted to Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE) notes, exchangeable for equity by January 2031. Sir Paul Marshall, owning over a third of All Perspectives, confirmed owners will fund any future deficits.

The funding and loss reduction signal continued investor support despite GB News's controversial launch and ongoing financial strain, with total debt now exceeding £140mn. The broadcaster's survival hinges on backers' willingness to absorb further losses as it competes in the UK market.
