TKO Group Holdings, the parent company of UFC and WWE, has launched a nearly $1 billion leveraged loan offering through Goldman Sachs, according to sources familiar with the deal. The $900 million add-on to its existing term loan comes after TKO declared a $150 million quarterly dividend to Class A common stockholders.

The loan is priced at 200 basis points above benchmark with a discount of 99.50-99.75 cents on the dollar and matures in November 2031. Bloomberg Intelligence analyst Geetha Ranganathan noted that TKO's dividend announcement "further affirms its strengthening fundamentals, especially with an inflection in media rights revenue." The entertainment company's financial momentum is supported by growing sponsorships and enhanced financial incentive packages.

Silver Lake Management acquired TKO's parent company, Endeavor Group Holdings, in a $13 billion deal in 2024. The loan offering, scheduled for a Wednesday lender call at 11am New York time, represents a significant capital move for the sports and entertainment conglomerate. Lender commitments are due March 9, with proceeds earmarked for general corporate purposes.
