Jersey Mike’s Subs has announced plans to raise $1.09 billion through an initial public offering in the United States. The sandwich chain will sell 13,782,609 shares of Class A common stock, while existing shareholders will offer 29,695,652 shares. The offering is priced in a range of $21.00 to $25.00 per share, and the company has applied to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker JMKE.

Founded in 1956 by Peter Cancro at a Point Pleasant, New Jersey location originally named Mike’s Subs, the chain now specializes in submarine sandwiches. The IPO follows a rebound in the U.S. market for new listings after a brief slowdown caused by the U.S.–Iran conflict.

Morgan Stanley, Jefferies, and J.P. Morgan will serve as global coordinators and joint book‑running managers, while Barclays and Guggenheim Securities act as co‑global coordinators.

Investors can track the story’s development with real‑time news coverage, as the offering aims to capitalize on renewed market enthusiasm for U.S. listings.
