Embraer SA delivered strong fourth-quarter results, reporting revenue of 14.3 billion reais ($2.7 billion) and adjusted Ebitda of 1.6 billion reais, exceeding analyst expectations. The Brazilian planemaker delivered 91 jets in the quarter, a 20% increase year-over-year, as supply-chain constraints continued to ease.

Analysts had projected revenue of 13.8 billion reais and adjusted Ebitda of 1.49 billion reais for the quarter. Embraer's order backlog reached an all-time high, driven by strong demand for its E2 commercial jets and executive aircraft. The company set ambitious 2026 targets of 80-85 commercial jet deliveries and 160-170 executive aircraft deliveries.

For the full year, Embraer expects revenue between $8.2 billion and $8.5 billion. While US tariffs under President Trump initially created uncertainty with a 50% duty on Brazilian products, the rate was later reduced to 10% for civil aircraft and components. The company is also expanding internationally, recently signing a memorandum of understanding with Hindalco Industries to explore business opportunities in India.
