Subsidiaries of Quality Tech LP are holding a series of fixed-income investor calls ahead of a potential bond offering, according to a person familiar with the matter. The discussions, coordinated by Citigroup Inc., Goldman Sachs Group Inc., JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Morgan Stanley, could add to this year's surge in technology debt deals.

The calls are being conducted on the Bloomberg Terminal, with updates being managed by the four major banks. A bond offering could follow, though the person spoke on condition of anonymity as they are not authorized to discuss the matter publicly.

The potential sale comes as tech companies have increasingly turned to debt markets for financing. QTS, a data center operator, has been active in raising capital amid growing demand for cloud and AI infrastructure.

Representatives for the banks and QTS declined to comment. The company did not respond to requests for additional details about the size or timing of any potential offering.
