Aston Martin Secures £550m Debt Financing

Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings plc has secured £550 million in new debt financing, significantly bolstering its liquidity and financial position. The deal includes a £450 million Senior Secured Term Loan and a £100 million Delayed Draw Term Loan, with lead lenders being investment funds managed by HPS Investment Partners.

The proceeds from the financing will be used to repay existing credit facilities and for general corporate purposes, enhancing Aston Martin's pro forma liquidity to approximately £340 million as of June 30, 2026. This move provides further flexibility to execute the company's long-term growth strategy and product plans.

Chief Financial Officer Doug Lafferty stated that the financing provides additional resilience and flexibility for current and future product plans. The company anticipates continued year-on-year financial performance improvement, driven by its transformation program and an enhanced product mix. Aston Martin's H1 2026 Results are scheduled for release on July 29, 2026.
