Arcus Infrastructure Partners is considering a sale of portfolio company Workdry International, people familiar with the matter said. The London-based investment firm is working with advisers to gauge buyer interest in the water treatment company, according to the people.

Arcus could seek a valuation of £2 billion ($2.7 billion) or more for the business, one of the people said.

The potential sale represents one of the largest infrastructure transactions under consideration in the UK market, with multiple parties reportedly being contacted about the opportunity.
