Adyen NV raised its net revenue growth outlook for 2026 following its first-ever acquisitions and strong demand from clients.

The Amsterdam-based payments firm now expects net revenue to grow 21% to 23% on a constant currency basis this year, including contributions from Talon. One and Orb. This is an upward revision from its previous forecast of 20% to 22% growth.

The updated outlook reflects both organic growth and the impact of recent acquisitions. Adyen stated in a shareholder letter that demand remains robust across new and existing clients, supporting the higher guidance.

The company did not disclose financial terms of the acquisitions, but emphasized that integrating Talon. One and Orb positions Adyen to expand its capabilities in loyalty and payments optimization.

Analysts have been watching Adyen's expansion strategy closely, as the firm seeks to diversify beyond core payment processing and compete with larger fintech platforms.

With the revised outlook, Adyen signals continued confidence in its growth trajectory despite a challenging macro environment.
