These modules feature DDR5's dual-channel architecture and a low operating voltage of 1.1 V to enhance power efficiency. An integrated Client Clock Driver (CKD) minimizes signal interference, while a power management IC (PMIC) improves voltage regulation.

The SPD chip includes a built-in temperature sensor for real-time monitoring, and a transient voltage suppressor (TVS) protects against voltage fluctuations.
