Arsenal have been handed a challenging Women's Champions League league phase draw, facing trips to reigning champions Barcelona and Paris FC, while hosting eight-time winners OL Lyonnes. The 2025 champions renew their rivalry with Barcelona in a repeat of the 2024-25 final in Lisbon. Arsenal will also travel to face Inter Milan, who defeated Wolfsburg on penalties in qualifying, while welcoming Benfica and HB Køge at the Emirates.

Chelsea, who entered via qualifying after finishing third in the WSL, received a more favorable draw. The Blues will host Paris Saint-Germain, Roma, and debutants Austria Wien, with away trips to Lyonnes, BK Häcken, and OH Leuven. Manchester City, returning after winning their first WSL title in a decade, avoided the top contenders and will host PSG, Real Madrid, and Austria Wien, while traveling to Bayern Munich, Häcken, and Inter Milan.

The league phase runs from September 22-23 through December 16, with the top four advancing directly to quarterfinals. Teams fifth to 12th enter a two-legged play-off, while the bottom four are eliminated. UEFA will confirm the full schedule on September 5.
