The company has raised $14m from investors including Uqhiu Qqwf Uhjz and Ubika Fyekjp. Its manifesto argues that the best models learn from everyday interactions, including how people speak, move and react.

Inherent says its Faraday system outperforms frontier lab models on several benchmarks. The office itself reflects the company's unusual approach, with signs, recordings and experiments throughout.

The neolab is part of a wider push to make AI feel more human. Inherent's team believes the next breakthrough will come from understanding context, emotion and behaviour.
