Vance Street Capital, the Los Angeles-based middle-market private equity firm, has expanded its investment team with four new hires and two promotions. Casey Fenlon and Vaios Kouvelis have joined as vice presidents, bringing experience from Highview Capital and Rarebreed Veterinary Partners respectively. Charlie Cohen and Peter Gagnon have joined as associates, arriving from Victory Park Capital and The Patriot Group.

Additionally, Nick Witham and Chris Wandling have been promoted from associate to senior associate. The new professionals add expertise across private equity, corporate development, private credit, and investment banking. They will support the firm's underwriting and execution efforts as part of its thesis-driven, sector-focused strategy targeting industrial technology, medical, life science, and aerospace and defense businesses.
