Livingbridge is backing the launch of Elevare Software Group together with its first two acquisitions, UK housing technology providers Rubixx and Voicescape. Former IRIS Software Group executives David Lockie and Elona Mortimer-Zhika founded Elevare, with Lockie as CEO and Mortimer-Zhika as chair. The two previously led IRIS Software Group through its $4 billion recapitalization.

Elevare plans to help software and tech-enabled services businesses scale across technology, product, go-to-market strategy, finance, M&A, people and culture, and marketing. Rubixx, founded by Simon Reay, Adam Parker and Michelle Holland, runs a cloud-native housing management platform supporting 40 organizations covering approximately 100,000 properties. Voicescape, founded by John Doyle, uses behavioral science, data analytics and automation to help landlords engage residents and improve rent collection, with more than 135 housing associations and local authorities using its platform.

The deal is an exit for BGF, which backed Voicescape in 2023 and has reinvested alongside Elevare. Alvarez and Marshall advised Voicescape and Sequence advised Rubixx on the undisclosed terms deals.
