Drivers should brace for some of the worst traffic of the year as NYC enters its annual stretch of Gridlock Alert days. According to DOT data, traffic moves slower during UN General Assembly week than at any other time of the year. Transportation officials are urging New Yorkers to leave their cars at home and rely on mass transit, ferries, biking or walking whenever possible.

President Donald Trump said during his speech to global leaders at the United Nations General Assembly in New York City on Tuesday that he has a "big decision" to make: to strike a deal with Iran to end the war or to "annihilate the Islamic Republic" and "drive them into hell with no chance of survival and no hope of future greatness." Trump also said artificial intelligence should no longer be called AI, proposing the term "Super Intelligence," or SI.
