Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals FZE has cut its total secured debt to $5.67 billion as of June, down from $6.24 billion at the end of 2025, according to its prospectus seen by Bloomberg. The reduction of $570 million comes as Africa's largest oil refinery increased output and sales ahead of what is expected to be the continent's biggest share offering. The IPO could expand by up to 30% depending on investor demand.
