Main Capital Partners has acquired a majority stake in Orgvue, marking its first UK investment. The London-based company provides strategic workforce-management software to large enterprises. Main Capital has built a specialist software franchise across the Benelux, DACH, France, the Nordics, and North America.

Orgvue gives it an anchor platform in a new geography. Orgvue helps large enterprises design, plan, and optimise their workforces through a cloud-based platform. The company is supported by around 250 staff serving close to 200 global enterprise customers, including HM Government, Mars, Danone, and Aviva.

It also works with more than 50 consulting firms that use its platform in workforce transformation projects.
