JBL has expanded beyond its Bluetooth roots with the new Cove series, a trio of Wi-Fi speakers designed for seamless whole-home audio. The lineup includes the Cove M1, a stationary speaker built for everyday listening featuring AI sound boost technology and priced at $230. The Cove P1 offers portability with 14-hour battery life and Dolby Atmos integration, retailing for $400.

Topping the range is the Cove X1, a premium model with four tweeters and two woofers delivering room-filling sound for $450. All three speakers integrate with the JBL Bar Series MK2 soundbars, functioning as rear channels for home theater setups. Connectivity is handled through the JBL One app, allowing users to pair speakers across different rooms without ungrouping or resetting devices.

The series launches on September 13th in black and white finishes, offering a modular approach to distributed listening throughout the house.
