Chilean investors are increasing exposure to lower-rated corporate debt, betting on economic reforms under the new administration to revive growth. A Bloomberg survey of 24 analysts and traders shows recommendations for riskier Chilean corporate debt jumped for September. 17% of respondents are willing to buy bonds rated as low as 'BBB,' more than triple the previous month and the highest level since March. Meanwhile, 30% would stick to the highest-rated debt, while 26% would purchase bonds rated 'AA' or above.

Another 26% are willing to go as low as 'A'. This shift marks the most aggressive risk-taking in Chilean corporate bonds since March, reflecting growing confidence in the country's fiscal trajectory despite global market volatility.
